National Nurses Union - The Peoples Summit 2016

At the NNU Peoples Summit in 2016 BP Productions worked with John Murray and MetroMedia Productions to design and build out a space that will be used for a three-day event with an attendance of over 3,000 people across five different areas. In addition to creating the lighting and rigging designs and layouts, we also provided on-site production and labor management. Some challenges we had to overcome included sourcing an enormous amount of gear halfway across the country. To solve this, we brought in Upstaging to supply and act as local technicians.

California Nurses Association at LA Live! 2015

At the end of 2015 BP Productions was brought in by MetroMedia Productions to provide lighting and production services for the California Nurses Association conference at LA Live! The ballroom we were in presented some unique challenges, such as a fixed grid of rigging points that were asymetrical in the room. We had to design and provide truss and equipment that would allow us to create a safe, but flexible, rigging grid to hang all of our lighting, audio, and video gear. We were also happy to provide Absen A7 LED 'Banners' on either side of the stage that were driven by an MBox Studio.
